Hello I was wondering if I could get some help with a build. I play Prophecies and EoTN so I dont have access to all skills. I've looked at the sticky and tried some of the builds there but I was looking for a build that works around Barrage. Thanks.

Try www.pvxwiki.com, a lot of builds there. Also, it's against the rules to request a build.
Just off the top of my head though...
[barrage][distracting shot][dual shot][conjure flame], 12 marks, 9 expertise, 9 fire, with a firey bowstring.
